ANHLE courses are delivered online and may be self-paced. Learners are responsible for using accurate registration information and keeping access to their payment email.
Course Materials
Digital lessons, PDF support and study materials may be provided electronically. Delivery format may vary according to the course pathway.
Books Are Separate
Books, PDFs and study packs support learning but do not automatically create certificate eligibility unless linked to a specific course pathway.
Stripe Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe. Students should keep the receipt, payment email, full legal name and selected course title.
Certificate Processing
Certificate support depends on learner information, selected pathway, payment confirmation and completion expectations.
Verification Support
ANHLE may provide limited certificate verification for students, employers, institutions and approved third parties.
Enrollment and learner responsibility
Students must select the correct course before payment and use accurate personal information. The name used during enrollment should match the name requested for certificate processing.
Students are responsible for checking whether an ANHLE educational certificate meets the needs of their employer, institution, agency or local jurisdiction before payment.
Payment, cancellation and correction requests
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- Students should save all payment receipts and transaction emails.
- Correction requests for name, course title or certificate details should be submitted as early as possible.
- Refund or cancellation requests may be reviewed case by case.
- Access to digital materials, certificate processing or printed certificate preparation may affect refund eligibility.
Certificate and verification limits
ANHLE certificates document participation or completion within ANHLE’s online language education structure. They are educational certificates, not government licenses, regulated professional qualifications or university degrees unless explicitly issued under a separate recognized institutional arrangement.
Verification responses may be limited to certificate status, learner name match, course title, issue date and record consistency. Private learner files, payment details and identity documents are not publicly displayed.
Privacy and data use
Student information may be used for enrollment support, course administration, payment confirmation, certificate processing and verification. ANHLE does not publicly publish private learner information on verification pages.
Students may request correction of inaccurate certificate or enrollment details by providing clear supporting information.
Important educational notice
ANHLE provides online language education, learning materials and certificate pathway support. Students should not present ANHLE certificates as state licenses, professional authorizations or university degrees unless a separate formal institutional arrangement explicitly states such status.
