ANLHE processes information necessary to operate online learning, student accounts, enrollment, payment records, learner support and course progress. Typical information may include a learner’s name, email address, account details, selected course, order information and learning activity.

Payments

Card payments are processed through the configured payment provider. ANLHE does not intentionally publish or display full payment-card numbers in the student learning area.

Student records

Course access and progress records are used to provide learning services, verify completion and respond to support requests. Learners should use the same email address for checkout and support whenever possible.
